Academic Writing
I’m currently pursuing a degree in Ancient Civilization with a Latin Minor and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management. I’m particularly interested in the Golden Age of Roman poetry and ancient art history. Studying the ancients is a deeply compelling path, and I’m constantly reminded of how little humanity has changed over the centuries, as comforting and as frightening as that is. This year, I’m enjoying writing my undergraduate thesis on the poet Catullus.
To promote studying Classics, I began writing a zine called Populi. The digital editions of issues I and II, and the accompanying research, are available to peruse below!
